How to order as a private customer (B2C) on mohair.dk.

You select the items you want to buy and put them in "Your Basket". You can always correct the contents of the basket at any time. After your order is made, the basket will be empty. After you add items to the basket, you can up the top right of the homepage, tapping the icon that depicts a basket. Here you see your goods. If you want to change the contents of the basket, simply tap "See Basket". Either you can delete all of one kind of item by clicking the cross "x" based on the item, or you can change the quantity you want to order to the right of the item. Remember to press "Update Basket" to update the basket.
If you have a coupon code, you can enter it here. Then tap "Apply Coupon."  Look further down the order to see the deducted amounts.

Then choose how you want the shipment to take place.

Then go to the checkout page by pressing the "Go to checkout" button.

Normal delivery time in Denmark for items in stock is 1-4 business days. For other Scandinavian and European countries, the delivery time is approx. 7 -10 business days.

Goods are dispatched upon receipt of payment. This may take 1 - 4 working days, depending on the bank. Usually we receive a demand immediately inside our system, and pack and ship the package within 24 hours. If ordered before 1pm, we aim to get the order dispatched the same day.

All shipping costs as well as bank charges are at customer's expense.

Von Broich Mohair ApS offers shipping around the world as far as possible, and the buyer pays shipping costs.

Properties such as colors and sizes in the webshop may differ from the actual product, as there is some uncertainty and quality from screen to screen. As far as possible, we have tried to recreate each color on several independent and different screens, thereby bringing out the color in question in the webshop, which we believe hits the true color as much as possible on most screens.

Under the menu category "Yarn Summary", colors will differ to some extent from the genuine product, since these are reconstructed on the computer. The purpose of the "Yarn Overview" page is to show only the different shades of colour in a simple and manageable way.

A receipt will be sent by email from us as soon as possible after ordering. Always check the spam folder.

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the deficiency rules. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, refunded or declined, depending on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.

If the package is opened with a knife, and if it is clear that the damage has been inflicted by the customer himself, von Broich Mohair ApS does not cover the complaint.

The item must be in the same condition and saleable at the same price if you return it.

Von Broich Mohair ApS recommends that the patterns are used to promote sales of Mohair by Canard yarn. It is understood that when an end user purchases yarn from a Mohair by Canard retailer, the retailer is allowed to give the patterns to the end user for free.
If the wholesale customer finds it rewarding to sell patterns directly to the end user, rather than using the patterns as sales material, this is also permitted.
